Well, I am done with the Push Phase of ChaLean Extreme now! I am still really enjoying these videos and is still something I can see myself continuing for a long time.

Not much change vs the start of this phase, some went up, some went down, some stayed the same. Next comes the Lean Phase starting Saturday!
